One Direction - Live While We’re Young
“Tonight let’s get some. And live while we’re young”
These barely legal boys are just heaven in my ears.
You want One Direction gossip? You got it!
But in all seriousness, their album, Take Me Home, is track-after-track gold. Get your copy - I really like Change My Mind, Summer Love,Kiss You… I might as well say the whole CD.
Like this? One Direction - Little Things, where Zayn has facial hair… is it freaking you out?!
The Wanted - I Found You
“I found you in the darkest hour. I found you in the pouring rain. I found you when I was on my knees.”
The Wanted? I want.
Am I the only one digging their falsetto?
They are rocking out on the top of the UK pop singles like they should be (yes, I don’t bother with the US charts of nonsense).
This is the stepping stone to their new album in the works - Third Strike. I think it’s going to be amazing. Gimme, gimme, gimme.
Like this? Anjulie will do some justice.
“Would you let me see beneath your beautiful tonight.”
There are times when I hate living in the US. During the Olympics and now. You can’t watch this video on their official YouTube channel because it’s blocked regionally. Fail.
Here’s the link to the beautiful video - we are missing out on so much!
Like this? Emeli Sande is an artistic genius.
“Let the sky fall, when it crumbles. We will stand tall. Face it all together. At skyfall.”
I was just talking to my friend at my dance studio about how there is a lack of Adele lately. Later that night, this track pops up. Thank the heavens!
It’s just a lyric video? Who f*ucking cares.
This track is for the upcoming James Bond movie, Skyfall. Guess what? Adele’s Skyfall is already named one of the “Top 10 Greatest James Bond Theme Songs of All Time” already AND hits number 1 on iTunes 10 hours after release. Go Adele.
Like this? Pixie Lott delivers magnitude too.
“There’s no light in this room. It’s alright, we got you. You shine like gold.”
Neon Hitch, best for her provocative F U Betta song, comes out with a (surprisingly) clean song. It’s fabulous. It’s addicting. It’s “lectric”! I can’t get enough of it.

“You don’t have a bad bone in you.”
I caught onto Asbjørn on a whim going through my Youtube subscriptions (in fact, it was Nick Lanzisera’s choreography video that I watched over and over to figure out the lyrics).
The song really caught my attention and so I grabbed a copy of his album, Sunken Ships. Wow. Definitely something you should take a listen to if you like fusion indie-pop-ambience.
Here’s another sampler:
